Clinical Lead for Surgical Wound Complications, Jacky Edwards recently presented at the OneTogetherUK Expert Conference 2024, an event dedicated to the reduction of the risk of surgical site infections.
Her presentation at the event outlined the work of the National Wound Care Strategy Programme to reduce surgical wound complications, looking at surgical wound dehiscence (SWD) and surgical site infection (SSI).
